Seattle Tower
Morgan negotiated the purchase of the 170,000 square foot Seattle Tower in downtown Seattle, Washington during the Great Recession. The complexity of the acquisition lay in the assumption of the existing loan, as third-party debt was not readily available at that time. This process took approximately a year, and the asset ultimately closed in April 2010 at a purchase price of $20,645,000. Through successful leasing and cost-effective capital improvements, the building sold for $30.5 million in 2011.
