Peter Morgan

Peter Morgan is a senior commercial real estate executive with a successful 40-year career in transforming properties, optimizing asset performance and building enduring industry relationships. His strategic vision, ability to structure complex deals and capital market expertise are instrumental in consistently garnering above market returns for investors. Peter's passion for innovation and excellence makes him a trusted advisor and strategist specializing in real estate consulting, investment and asset management. 

Before forming Morgan Commercial Real Estate Consulting, Peter was a Senior Vice President at Westport Capital Partners. With $4 billion under management, he oversaw a portfolio of 38 value-add office buildings totaling 3.2 million square feet. Peter also previously worked for Lowe Enterprises as a Senior Vice President. With $10 billion under management, he was responsible for all commercial real estate acquisitions. Peter worked for LaeRoc Funds as a COO and was responsible for all acquisitions, analysis, due diligence, loan origination, refinancing, lender negotiations, asset management and dispositions. Peter has acquired 130 commercial properties exceeding $1.5 billion with $700 million of acquisition financing and has extended investment periods through negotiations and refinancings of $300 million.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Pre-Law degree from the University of the Pacific. He's a guest lecturer at Chapman College and an active board member at the Palos Verdes Golf Club.
